    Duties: - Will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, food quality and appearance, food costs, galley sanitation and efficient operation of all kitchen functions.
    - Demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.
    - Will lead the culinary staff of this fine-dining restaurant to meet the demands of our highly distinguished guests.
    - Cost control

    Requirements: - 5 years as an Executive Chef, or Chef de Cuisine in a fine-dining, full-service restaurant.
    - Event/banquet experience.
    - Solid leadership skills, strong organizational, decision making, time management, and communication skills.
    - Capability to establish and lead a working team to fulfill all the kitchen functions in a decent way.
    - A positive mental attitude and an outgoing personality.
    - Culinary degree or classical culinary training is a plus.
