    Duties: - Manage International/Intercultural Training Programs
    - Lead International Recruitment Efforts
    - Advise HR team on IHR/HR issues and topics/international best practices
    - Manage an intern program of 30+ interns per year
    - Assist in all IHR functions
    - Assist on HR functions related to a major NA project

    Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (HR-related highly preferred)
    - 2 Year's work experience (Preferably in HR functions)
    - Basic Mandarin Chinese ability
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Experience living and working in China
