    Duties: • To review, design and implement the strategic planning, development and delivery of the human resources policies and processes including organization design; training and development; compensation in and benefits; performance management; HR systems and employee relations
    • Develop and implement recruitment plans to recruit qualified expatriate teachers from UK, US and other English-speaking countries
    • To develop and maintain the process of human resources budgeting and prepare manpower forecasts to business needs
    • Implement and follow through policies, processes and procedures relating to personnel management.
    • Manage external candidates through the selection process with a focus on outstanding customer service and effective communication to all parties
    • Partner with senior management to negotiate high level salaries and variable compensation packages.
    • Formulate and implement HR management policies, procedures, strategies, and programs.
    • Salary benchmarking and proposal for selected candidates
    • Presenting job offers to selected candidates
    Requirements: • Master’s/MBA/Bachelor’s degree specializing in Human Resources Management, and /or Business Management or equivalent.
    • Must have a minimum of 6 years working experience in broad-based HR generalist function of which at least 2 years experience in the recruitment of teachers for education/consultancy companies or schools
    • Ability to be a strategic thinker and planner to the business and yet able to achieve operational excellence through optimizing HRM processes and operations
    • Strong competencies in compensation & benefits, performance management and talent acquisition, training & development
    • Some prior experience working in a recruitment or Executive Search company will be advantageous
    • Working experience in the education or consultancy industry preferred
    • Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese and able to interact at all levels
    • Self-motivated, pro-active, dynamic individual with business and commercial mindset, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and a good team player.

    What to offer: 350-450 K RMB p.a
