    Duties: Reporting to Director of Customer Service, the positions serve as the single charge position in planning, administering, and directing a complex housekeeping program at a large villas, Position direct employees that supervise housekeeping programs (daily work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly attractive rooms in villas, catering and gym service clubhouse, and similar establishments, which is for the project of Yu Yuan.
    Supervision Given: Directs the operation of the housekeeping department through subordinate Chef, Bar Head, Gym Head;
    Supervision Received: Receives administrative direction from Director of Customer Service.
    - Performs work of considerable difficulty which requires organizing, planning and directing a comprehensive housekeeping program through subordinate housekeeping supervisory personnel.
    - Be responsible for daily routine job for the residents, even included the entry registration formalities;
    - Planning to meet needs of special events and/or special cleaning demands
    Requirements: - Education or Training: Graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in management or business administration, and some course work in chemistry.
    - Knowledge: Considerable technical knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control, chemicals, cleaning techniques and equipment. Considerable knowledge of principles of business administration and management.
    - Skills: None identified for this class.
    - Abilities: Demonstrated ability to independently plan, organize, direct, administer, and supervise a housekeeping program; to develop, apply and interpret policies and procedures and sanitation standards; and to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing English and Chinese.
    - 30 to 4o years of age, Good sense of Chinese culture, preferential experiences of providing service of Taiwanese, Hong Kong people and Macanese.
    - Experiences of residing in China.
    - ideally with rich hotel/high-end service apartment experiences
